We currently ship to all emirates within the United Arab Emirates (UAE), including:

  • Abu Dhabi
  • Sharjah
  • Ajman

  • Fujairah

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation or COD order placement
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed

5. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on order size and location
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above a specified minimum order value (as displayed at checkout)
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp
  • You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment status through our courier partner's website

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier will attempt delivery up to 2-3 times
  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the order may be returned to us
  • Re-delivery charges may apply for returned orders
  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate when placing your order

8. Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer
  • Natural disasters, extreme weather, or force majeure events
  • Public holidays or peak shopping seasons
  • Courier service disruptions

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or building security
  • Contact the courier directly with your tracking number
  • Reach out to us within 48 hours of the delivery notification

We will investigate and work with the courier to resolve the issue.
