1. Overview

We understand that circumstances can change after placing an order. ShopNex Middle East offers a fair and transparent cancellation policy to ensure the best possible experience for our customers in the UAE.

2. Order Cancellation by Customer

Before Shipment

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped
  • To cancel, contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp with your order number
  • If the cancellation is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued

After Shipment

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
  • You may initiate a return after receiving the item, subject to our Return & Refund Policy

3. How to Request a Cancellation

  2. Provide your order number and reason for cancellation
  3. Our team will confirm whether the order is eligible for cancellation within 1-2 hours during business hours

4. Cancellation for COD Orders

  • COD orders can be cancelled before the order is dispatched for delivery
  • If a COD order is cancelled after dispatch, the customer must refuse delivery at the door
  • Repeated cancellations or refusals of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD availability for your account

5. Cancellation by ShopNex Middle East

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following situations:

  • Product is out of stock or unavailable
  • Suspected fraudulent activity or policy violations
  • Incorrect pricing due to technical errors
  • Inability to verify payment or delivery information

In such cases, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued.

6. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method
  • COD orders that were prepaid (if applicable) will be refunded via bank transfer
