At ShopNex Middle East, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Perishable goods, intimate apparel, or hygiene products
- Customized or personalized items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
- Digital products or downloadable content
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged/defective item
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit
- For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer — please provide your bank details when requesting a refund
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
8. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

If you haven't received your refund within the stated timeframe:
