1. What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Cash on Delivery (COD) is a payment option that allows you to pay for your order in cash at the time of delivery. You do not need to make any advance payment — simply place your order and pay when it arrives at your doorstep.

2. COD Availability

COD is available for orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates (UAE)
COD availability may vary based on your location and order value
We reserve the right to disable COD for specific products, locations, or customers at our discretion

3. How COD Works

Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout
Select "Cash on Delivery" as your payment method
Complete your order with your delivery details
Receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp
Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days
Pay the exact order amount in cash to the delivery agent upon receipt

4. COD Guidelines & Customer Responsibilities

Please have the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery — delivery agents may not carry change
Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order
Verify your order contents before making payment to the delivery agent
Once payment is made and the order is accepted, it cannot be returned on the spot without following our Return & Refund Policy

5. COD Order Confirmation

Our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your COD order before processing
If we are unable to reach you within 24 hours, the order may be cancelled
Please ensure your contact number is accurate and reachable

6. Failed COD Deliveries

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt delivery up to 2-3 times
After failed attempts, the order will be returned to us and may be cancelled
Repeated refusals or failed COD deliveries may result in COD being restricted for your account in the future
